Season is managed by husband and wife duo, Jeremy and Rachel Parke. Whether at the front of house or back in the kitchen, the friendly and knowledgeable team work together to create a beautifully relaxed and delicious dining experience for every guest.

Our Story


Jeremy is an award-winning Chef who, along with his wife Rachael, has been in the restaurant business for over a decade.

A full-time chef since he was sixteen, Jeremy has gained an exceptional reputation for his skills, which he has honed through valuable work experience and qualifications and being inspired by his favourite chef, Marco Pierre White with whom he shares the belief that wearing a blue apron (the colour of chefs who are still learning) is right because ‘we are all still learning’.

Jeremy’s love for classic cooking shines through every dish he and his team create. Although he appreciates the ever- evolving food scene and modern techniques, he believes these should always be underpinned with honest, real cooking that works with the seasons, appreciates sustainability and that utilises the entire animal. His regular visits to Scotland and an appreciation for the Highlands and Islands and their capacity to be self-sufficient further reinforces these beliefs and helps him to continually evolve as a cook.

Jeremy’s abundance of awards and accolades, including ‘Restaurant of the Year’, ‘Chef of the Year’, ‘Expertise in Food and Drink’ and ‘Best Use of Local Produce on a Menu’ to name a few are further testament to his cooking skills.

Front of house

When you visit Season, you’ll always be greeted with a warm welcome and a smile by your front of house host Rachael and her team. Before joining her husband in the restaurant business, Rachael’s background was in customer service, sales and recruitment and having dealt with customers’ expectations in her variety of roles over the years, she is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and understanding every aspect of the restaurant business.

A meeting with ‘master of service’ Diego Masciago from the award winning Waterside Inn in Bray inspired her even further and she now aspires to spread her continuing enthusiasm and knowledge to bring a new service standard to North Norfolk. Jeremy and Rachael’s passion and commitment to creating and serving seasonal menus filled with delicious dishes, as well as carefully chosen wines, spirits and cocktails to complement their food, has already ensured that Season is the place to visit for fresh food, relaxed dining and exceptional service.
